How Can I Assist You?
Problems We Solve:

How Am I Different?
1. I’m Committed To Upfront and No-Surprise Pricing
I believe that justice should never be out of reach- traditional law firms offer services by the hour, meaning that many people are hesitant to ever reach out to an attorney, never knowing what the final price tag is going to be. Here, I offer flexibility and flat-fee pricing, meaning no unexpected sticker shock after all’s said and done. I am a proud participant of Colorado’s Legal Entrepreneurs for Justice (LEJ) program, a small business incubator for socially conscious lawyers providing affordable legal solutions to low and middle-income people in Colorado. At R. Gallagher law, I give you the confidence to approach your problems knowing exactly how much help you need to receive, and how much lawyer you can afford. My pricing structures fall into three distinct categories:
- Unbundled / A La Carte – Pay only for what you need. For example, you can choose to only pay for advice on how to fill out legal forms, or pay to have me fill it out and file it for you. (Not Available for Criminal Cases)
- Flat Fee – One fee upfront, no surprises.
- Subscription – Great for small business and therapeutic practice owners who need frequent, real-time advice.
2. I Approach Every Case Like Its My Own
I understand that your case isn’t just another file—it’s your future, your peace of mind, and your rights at stake. I recognize that every legal matter is unique, and am committed to providing personalized, strategic representation tailored to your specific needs. I listen, advocate, and fight for the best possible outcome because I know how much this matters to you. When you work with me, you’re not just a client—you’re a priority.
3. I’m An Experienced Attorney with Unique Perspectives
About Rachel Gallagher –I know how difficult it can be when life throws the unexpected your way, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s unexpected challenges, with the experience to handle even the most unique situations.
I graduated from Norwich University- the nation’s oldest senior private military college, and, in addition to representing countless veterans, I’ve seen the distinctive challenges facing my colleagues and friends as they commissioned into the military, and transitioned out.
I’ve worked as a judicial officer in Virginia where I was responsible for evaluating the legality of arrests and got an insider look at the criminal legal system and the way Law Enforcement formulated charges. Later, I handled hundreds of cases as a public defender, fighting relentlessly to get the best possible outcomes on each and every case. After the Public Defender’s Office, I worked as Associate Counsel for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, where I advised many small business owners on an array of issues related to their practice. I live in Woodland Park with my husband and two dogs (Bourbon and Scotch).
